Can I customize a piece?        

Of course! All of our orders are customized to each clients’ needs. In addition to size customizations, we have a wide range of fabric, weaving, and wood finishes to pick from. Email us at studio@daversafurniture.com with any questions regarding the extent of customization and we’ll be happy to provide you with a custom quote for your desired piece.

Do you have finish or wood samples?    

Yes we do! We carry samples of our standard finishes and wood samples and can send them out upon request. We are also happy to send any photographs that could be helpful in assisting in making customization choices.

What are your lead times?    

We are a very small team dedicated to quality above all else so our lead times vary depending on product, workflow, and our current waitlist. You will be placed on the waitlist with receipt of a deposit. We will notify you with an updated estimate once we begin your project.     

What is your return policy?        

Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products, including custom-made furniture pieces, once they have been paid for and shipped.

If I need to cancel my order?

All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the status of your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?  

We accept check or credit card payments. Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
